ORDERING
All of your orders must reach us in writing; they are recorded that on the day they are received.
We send you an acknowledgment of receipt notifying you that we have conducted a contract review on your order. This acknowledgment of receipt confirms that we have received and are processing your order. We thus commit to technical and deadline feasibility.
In the event of a difference between our price submission and your order (e.g.: number of parts, material, part modification or price): We contact you to resolve any differences.
We do all that is possible to conform to your deadlines. In the event of an exceptional order delay, you will be immediately notified by phone, fax, or email.
