With an adapted infrastructure, experienced teams and high-performance equipment, ARTOIS PLASTIQUES possesses the capacities and qualities required to meet all of your machining, mechanical welding and semi-finished plastic products needs.
Buildings :
Our company's premises, covering a surface area of 3000 m², are spread over two buildings.
A first, fully air conditioned building housing the plastics machining workshop, a control laboratory and two technical and design offices.
A second building destined for mechanical welding, plastic sheet work and semi-finished product cutting, along with administrative and sales offices.

Production tools :
Our modern and regularly enhanced machine pool enables us to successfully meet all of your needs.
It is divided into 3 sectors :
- Cutting sector: comprised of panel saws, planers, routers, shapers, band saws and extrusion saws.
- Milling sector: fully digitized, this sector is comprised of 3 high-capacity 3, 4 and 5-axis machining centers and milling machines with strokes of up to 2500 x 800 x 800 mm.
- A plano-milling machine.
- A water jet cutting machine.
- Turning sector: turning center with a milling spindle, numerical control lathe and conventional lathes.

Design office
Our design office is equipped with the latest versions of Missler CAD/CAM software. Equipped with four TopSolid/CAM CAD/CAM workstations and one Goelan CAM workstation, our team is able to meet all of your needs for mechanical system design, R&D, specifications assistance and drafting, along with creation of drawings according to template parts (even damaged).
Our various interfaces can import all types of 2D or 3D files, whether volume or surface based.

Our company has a workforce of approximately 30 people, including management, administrative and technical staff.
The high level of staff qualification is based on rigorous internal training and on company loyalty. The average age of our staff is 38 years.
Each year, we take on at least one workshop apprentice.
